Our Process

Our dash panels are made in a very unique process.  We start with an Advanced Composite Material (ACM) to which  we bond a 2-ply laserable acrylic panel.  The acrylic panels are press laminated onto the prepped ACM composite plates and create a UV stable and variable finish.  From industry standard burlwood, to matte black, blue and others.

We transfer the now bonded panels to one of our CNC routers to make the initial cutouts.  The high speed carbide tooling cuts precision openings and makes quick work of the panels.

After the cuts have been made, the panels are transferred to a large format CO2 laser.  All of the accent stripes, legend and print work are engraved into the panels.  No chance of these wearing off or fading in the sun.

Finally, the panels are sent to the paint booth for edge and back panel painting.  Lastly, they are all part-marked and serialized with customer information on a JPT MOPA fiber laser.  This ensures that a customer design file is always on file for future repairs or modifications.

All in all, we offer a cost-effective and durable product that has great aesthetics and value.  We've been building these since 2004 and refreshed thousands of boats along the way
